Privacy Policy

Waterloo Tree Removal takes tree removal requests from Waterloo and nearby — Lakeshore, Beechwood, Colonial Acres included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we keep

Whatever you choose to send us. For a tree removal request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

How it is used

Your details go to a single independent tree service serving Waterloo — the one who will quote on your large tree removal, storm damage & emergency work, stump grinding or similar job — and to no one else. That tree service works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies of our own. The web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page, browser) for security.

Keeping and deleting

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@waterlootreeremoval.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
